Infrastructure Funding and Regulatory Assistance

"With guidance, support and direction from WK Dickson, we have been able to complete $15,391,673 worth of work of which $10,961,507 was in zero or very low interest loans and $4,034,000 in grants/principle forgiveness received through funding applications prepared by WK Dickson. This effort allowed us to be compliant with the first AO and reduced our SSOs greatly."

“Most recently, Tom and his WK Dickson team have found some funding opportunities through ARPA and The Golden Leaf Foundation. Just last week, we were thrilled to hear the news that with the help of WK Dickson, the City of Albemarle was awarded a $250,000 Golden Leaf Foundation grant for Flood Mitigation Planning.” 

The City hasn't had the opportunity to seek grants or loans through the Division of Water Infrastructure in over a decade. WK Dickson's knowledgeable staff provided exceptional guidance for choosing the appropriate projects, guiding us through the application process and timely submission. Without their knowledge and experience the City would not have been able to secure the $5.4 million dollars in grants for two important projects.
