The intent of this project was to utilize a multidisciplined team for the purposes of creating “flex space” comprised of a 125,000-square-foot building, loading docks, large office space, and plenty of ancillary parking. The lot and building uses were designed to General Industrial (GI) dimensional requirements. Water and sewer services were provided by means of service extensions from adjacent mainline public utilities. Stormwater management was accommodated by means of an improved detention pond.
The 330-acre Industrial Park is strategically located in Pender County, less than 10 minutes from I-40.
