South Carolina Gateway Industrial Development

WK Dickson has completed numerous planning and development projects for the continued development of the park providing project management, civil engineering design, planning, geotechnical services, base mapping, a stormwater study and master plan, FEMA flood studies, development of two pad sites and utility infrastructure, and public sewer extension to the development.

Part of our work has included a newly imagined site master plan, developed in concert with a Stormwater Master Plan Study as well as a Southern Tract Floodplain Evaluation. The final plan is a mix of sites catering to a blend of industrial facility uses and sizes, with several sites containing rail access.
