The Clemson Core Campus is a mixed-use facility that includes operations and maintenance of all the academic, housing, dining, and administrative facilities of the university. Specifically designed to support the needs of today’s students, the new facilities will be energy-efficient and multi-functional.

 

Project Details

Clemson University intends to renovate the old National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying building into Facilities Offices and develop the surrounding area into a new facilities complex located along Seneca Creek Road near the Ravenel Center. In addition, the project includes the demolition of the existing facilities complex. WK Dickson is providing engineering services related to these two sites, and work consists of all planning, design, and permitting services.
