In his previous position, Bernly demonstrated exceptional leadership by spearheading the development and implementation of a comprehensive market sector strategy. This strategy, grounded in a deep understanding of market trends, drivers, and client needs, showcases Bernly’s commitment to staying ahead of industry dynamics and delivering value to clients.
Notably, Bernly achieved remarkable results in his previous role by successfully doubling the net revenue of the manufacturing market sector. In just two years, he elevated the sector from $10 million to an impressive $20 million. This substantial growth was achieved through strategic collaborations with the client service management team, primarily focusing on confidential data centers and traditional manufacturing clients.

Bernly has an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.S. in biology with a minor in chemistry from Randolph-Macon College. He also holds a certificate in sustainability from Virginia Commonwealth University.
