WK Dickson promotes Scott Sigmon to Raleigh branch manager
We are pleased to announce that Scott Sigmon, PE has been chosen as the new business unit leader for the Raleigh office beginning January 2019. He will transition into the role held by Scott Whalen since 2001, who advances to the role of COO.
Scott Sigmon was most recently the program manager for the stormwater group in Raleigh. He has been with WK Dickson since 1999 and has more than 21 years of professional experience on projects related to stormwater management and design for urban watersheds. He began his career with stormwater modeling and quickly rose as the primary lead for WK Dickson’s North Carolina stormwater program.

Scott received his bachelor’s in civil engineering from North Carolina State and is a licensed professional engineer in North and South Carolina. As former President and board member of the North Carolina Chapter of American Public Works Association Stormwater Management Division, Scott has worked his entire career to strengthen the engineering industry by providing educational and networking opportunities across the state.
