New Terminal Building, Elizabethtown, NC

The existing 2,520 SF terminal building at the Curtis L. Brown, Jr. Field in Elizabethtown was lacking in the space necessary to meet current or future demands of the users of the airport. WK Dickson assisted in the owner by providing the design, bidding and construction phase services necessary to demolish the existing terminal building and construct a new 4,500 SF building on the existing site. The new building includes a lobby/waiting area, airport operations and office area, conference room, classroom to accommodate large meetings and training for the Civil Air Patrol and other groups wishing to use the space, vending and kitchen area, pilot's lounge and restroom and public restrooms.
