WK Dickson’s water and wastewater group in Raleigh has been awarded a significant contract with the Fayetteville Public Works Commission for professional services related to the Big Rockfish Creek Outfall project. Upcoming work includes the accelerated design of approximately 48,000 LF of sewer main to be coordinated with NCDOT’s proposed Fayetteville Outerloop project.

The Big Rockfish Creek and Stewarts Creek outfall is needed to serve Annexation Areas 32 and 34 so PWC can bypass the need for a regional lift station and force main. This project contains a variety of challenges to extend the outfalls through cross-country and developed corridors. To help address these challenges, WK Dickson has partnered with McKim & Creed, CDM Smith, Froehling & Robertson, and GPI.
