WK Dickson welcomes new senior project manager - Margaret Gray, RLA
WK Dickson is pleased to announce the addition of Margaret Gray as a senior project manager located in Wilmington, NC. In this role, Margaret will be responsible for leading the strategic growth and development of the community development group in the eastern Carolinas.

With over 36 years of service in the land development industry, Margaret was most recently the assistant director at Pender County Utilities where she used project management skills with an actively growing utilities department in the coordination of major capital building projects throughout the county. She is adept at managing a wide range of projects, both public and private, requiring advanced competencies in land planning, multi-discipline team coordination, environmental permitting, and parks and recreation. She is well-versed in all aspects of development including rezoning and local approvals, multi-discipline team coordination, permit acquisition, and major infrastructure improvements.
Margaret earned a Bachelor of Science degree in landscape architecture from Mississippi State University and is a licensed landscape architect in North Carolina. Additionally, Margaret holds a wetlands ecologies certification from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and is a Grade 1 Certified Biological Wastewater Operator.
