WK Dickson welcomes new regional practice leader - Lisa Wells, PE, CFM
WK Dickson is pleased to announce the addition of Lisa Wells, PE, CFM, as a regional practice leader located in Greenville, SC. In this role, Lisa will be leading WK Dickson’s efforts to support clients in the delivery of exceptional stormwater programs and projects in the South Carolina area. She will assist clients in assessing the state of their programs, the unique needs and challenges faced, and developing next steps and appropriate solutions as it relates to WK Dickson’s watershed and stormwater services.
With more than 25 years of experience in the civil and environmental field, Lisa brings a broad perspective and knowledge of both public infrastructure and private industry projects. Her public experience includes stormwater utility and program management, capital planning and project management for grey and green infrastructure, asset management for stormwater systems and wastewater collection, watershed master planning, floodplain management, and sewer collection system operations and project implementation. She is well-versed in regulatory requirements associated with MS4 programs, implementation of all the minimum control measures, and development of policy and procedures that support and integrate these requirements into cohesive plans. Lisa has also successfully secured and implemented EPA 319 grant-funded projects. Her industry experience includes project management and project engineering on multi-discipline design projects along with broad civil engineering and site development design experience for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients across the Southeast.

Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in civil engineering from Clemson University. She is a licensed professional engineer in South Carolina and a certified floodplain manager. She is an active member in the SC Association of Stormwater Managers (SCASM), active member of committees and past presenter for the Southeast Stormwater Association (SESWA), active member of WEASC and presenter for the WEASC Asset Management Committee. Lisa is also a regular presenter to numerous stakeholder groups and professionals on stormwater related projects and topics.
Lisa is actively involved in her community and was recently reelected for a third term to the Greenville County School Board of Trustees. She also serves as a region director for the SC School Board Association, is a Riley Institute Diversity’s Leader Initiative Fellow, and a board member for the Clemson Women’s Alumni Council.
