WK Dickson welcomes new program manager – Bill Keaton, PE

WK Dickson is pleased to announce the addition of Bill Keaton as a program manager located in Charlotte, NC. In this role, Bill will be responsible for directing the management and growth of the water and wastewater group in the Charlotte office.

Brian Tripp, vice president and Charlotte Regional Manager, commented, “Bill is a key addition to our growing water and wastewater team. We are excited to add his exceptional skills and experience to the group and are looking forward to working with him as we expand our presence in the Charlotte area market.”

With over 24 years of service in the water resources industry, Bill has proven success in operations, sales, and project management. He brings a broad range of experience in a wide variety of projects including water and wastewater treatment plants, sanitary sewer evaluation studies and sewer system rehabilitation.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from West Virginia Institute of Technology and a MBA from Webster University. He is a licensed professional engineer in North Carolina, West Virginia, Tennessee and Virginia. Additionally, Bill was a member of the United States Air Force and served in Desert Storm and Desert Shield.
