WK Dickson promotes Tom Murray to Program Manager for Watershed Services
We are pleased to announce that Tom Murray, PE, CFM has been promoted to program manager for the watershed services group. He will be responsible for leading the growth and development of the watershed services group in the Raleigh region.
Tom was most recently the senior project manager for the stormwater group in Raleigh. He has been with WK Dickson since 2005 and has nearly 20 years of experience leading projects teams specializing in the design of stormwater capital improvement projects and modeling for urban watersheds.
“Tom is an exceptional stormwater engineer and team leader,” said David Peeler, President/CEO. “His technical acumen coupled with his high level of client service will certainly help strengthen our services throughout the Carolinas.”
Tom received his bachelor’s in environmental science and engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his master’s in civil engineering form North Carolina State University. He is a licensed professional engineer and certified floodplain manager in North Carolina. Tom has also been active in the North Carolina Chapter of American Public Works Association Stormwater Management Division as well as serving as the chair of the ACEC/PENC environmental committee.
