WK Dickson Promotes Bryan Odom to Director of Water Resources
We are pleased to announce that Bryan Odom, PE, our practice leader for water and wastewater services since 2008, will now serve as the director of all the firm’s water resources practices. These include water, wastewater, stormwater, and watershed sciences. Bryan will continue to be responsible for the operation of the business development teams and direct the growth of WK Dickson’s overall water resources group in both existing as well as new strategic locations throughout the southeast.
“Under Bryan’s leadership the water and wastewater practice experienced phenomenal growth and success. His hands-on style and innovative strategies integrate perfectly across the stormwater and watershed groups. It’s a natural progression of his exceptional career.” said David Peeler, CEO.
An example of his innovative strategy has been the development of our prioritization process tool, which integrates seamlessly with ArcGIS for the management of utility assets. He has created a differentiator for WK Dickson by working with major municipalities to establish consistent and enhanced processes for condition assessment and decision-making for maintenance of critical utility assets.
A graduate of North Carolina State University in environmental and civil engineering, Bryan is a licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. He continues to play an active and influential role in a variety of industry organizations including the American Water Works Association and the American Council of Engineering Companies.
