Senior Land Development Project Manager Joins Wilmington Office

WK Dickson is pleased to announce the addition of Nick Lauretta as a senior project manager located in Wilmington, NC. In this role, Nick will be responsible for leading the strategic growth and development of the land development group in eastern North Carolina.

Julie Hellmann, vice president and Wilmington Regional Manager, commented, “Nick is a key addition to our growing land development team. His technical expertise, coupled with his passion to leverage technology, is going to help take us in an exciting direction. We are looking forward to working with him as we expand our presence in the Wilmington area and beyond.”

With over 13 years of service in the land development industry, Nick has proven success in project management. He brings a broad range of experience in a wide variety of projects including residential, institutional, and public land development, as well as stormwater modeling and design.

Nick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering from Northern Arizona University, is a licensed professional engineer in North Carolina, and is LEED AP accredited. Additionally, Nick is the treasurer for both the US Green Building Council North Carolina Cape Fear Branch and the State Chapter, a board member of the Lower Cape Fear Stewardship Development Coalition, and he recently completed the prestigious Chamber of Commerce Leadership Wilmington Program.
