Survey Department Manager
Broad knowledge of the survey discipline, current legal procedures, equipment and software. Resume must have specific past projects. Include three letters of recommendations detailing the applicant’s managerial skills. Applicant should have 8 to 10 years experience as a RLS in the State of Georgia, 5 years in a survey manager or project manager position, and a 4-year degree in surveying or related field.

Survey Project Manager
LSIT or RLS required as well as 4 years experience managing survey crews. Ideal candidate will have proven experience with TDS, Land Desktop and AutoCAD. Microstation and Caice experience a plus.

Project Engineers
PE with 3 to 5 years experience in civil/site design including site planning, layout, grading, drainage, utility, road and land development. Experience working and interacting directly with clients, maintaining project budgets and schedules, supervising design staff and marketing new clients. Proficiency in Land Desktop / AutoCAD 2002.

Environmental Project Manager
PE with minimum of 7 to 10 years experience in water and wastewater designs, preferably in North Carolina. 4-year degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering required. Ideal candidate will possess strong client management, marketing and leadership skills.

Senior Scientist / Project Manager
Provide technical consultation and support within area of expertise to project team. 4-year degree in environmental science or related field. At least 5 years of progressive experience, with 3 years in private sector. Ideal candidate will have completed a minimum of 5 mitigation designs in NC. Experience with client management, project development and design, and supervisory of project team is desired

Senior Project Manager
PE with 15+ years experience in storm water management and 5 years in a supervisory role. B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution, Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience with municipal storm water projects, business development and project management is a must.

Project Engineers
Two positions: EI with up to 3 years experience with municipal storm water projects or EI with up to 3 years experience with water/waste water plant projects;. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills. Team player a must.

Designer / Technician
Work with water/sewer and storm water projects. Minimum 1 year of coursework emphasizing CAD skills or equivalent. 1-2 years experience in civil engineering consulting environment.

Transportation Engineer and Technician
PE or ability to obtain for Engineer; Technician must have a 2 year degree in CET or equivalent. Must have NCDOT experience related to NEPA or Roadway Design. Skills in Microstation and GeoPak; effective communication and team-building skills are key.

Designer
Must have 3 to 5 years experience in site development including grading, erosion control, drainage and utilities. Telecommunications experience a plus. Proficiency in Land Desktop / AutoCad 2002 and MicroStation.


Location: Columbia, South Carolina

Project Manager
Registered PE in South Carolina, with 3 to 5 years experience, a proven track record in site development in SOUTH CAROLINA is a must. Strong communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills required.

Survey Project Manager
PLS or RLS in South Carolina required as well as 4 years experience managing survey crews. Ideal candidate will have proven marketing experience as well as experience with TDS, C&G, LDT and AutoCAD.


Location: Tallahassee, Florida

Branch Manager
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in civil engineering, master’s degree preferred, and demonstrated successful experience in business development, operations management, establishing and meeting project budgets and timelines. Ability to work effectively with elected and appointed officials, county staff and the public is essential. Must be licensed with 12 to 15 years experience in airport design or transportation.

Senior Airport Engineer
PE with minimum 10 years experience with airport project management; BSCE, master’s preferred. Demonstrated success in business development and operations management. Ability to work effetively with elected and appointed officials, county staff and the public is essential.

Transportation Engineer
Registered PE in the state of Florida with minimum 7 years of experience with traffic engineering or roadway design; proficient in Microstation and GeoPak; effective communication and team-building skills are key.

Transportation Planner
Must have minimum of 2 years experience in traffic studies, transit, parking or modeling; strong verbal and written communication, team building, and interpersonal skills; proficient with MicroStation, Arc GIS and AutoCAD 2002.
