WK Dickson Acquires Browning Engineers of Charlotte CHARLOTTE , NORTH CAROLINA -- WK Dickson & Co., Inc., a multidisciplined engineering and design firm, announced today it has acquired Browning Engineers of Charlotte. Browning is primarily a structural engineering company whose cadre of services will integrate well with WK Dickson’s overall community infrastructure consulting services. “By reinforcing our presence in Charlotte, WK Dickson can more efficiently provide its array of services throughout this growing region,” said David L. Peeler, WK Dickson’s President and CEO. “Browning Engineers is well-respected and adding their expertise to ours will bring single source consulting services to our combined client base,” he added. Before the acquisition Browning Engineers had been serving the southeast for 29 years.
